Thread regarding NCR Corp. layoffs

New grades have data in the "salary structure tool" but it feels like it might just be based on nonsense.
Pay ranges for some grades are bigger, minimums on some higher grades are same or lower than grades below them.
It's comical

Grade 1 = Intern, no pay, no responsibility, just “Go 4”
Grade 2 = Pre-layoff, 60 hr week, no OT, worthless management
Grade 3 = Post-layoff, waiting for package
Grade 4 = Management, poor decisions, minimum knowledge, basically worthless.
Grade 5 = ELT, braindead, waste of skin and bones.
