It’s not a done deal yet. STB already rejected the initial round of paperwork as not properly completed. Strike one.
CSX sent payroll to India and cut Labor Relations, when UP gets NS they will cut big.

I don't care what they say, once they get the merger completed, they will cut deep to pay for it. Already went through this once. A blind man can see what is coming.
