Simply put, translation: if you’re not meeting your goals, you’re going to be let go.
Read between the lines. He’s basically saying, no goals, not meeting goals….no job.

@ay i just looked and holy shi! Wow......
My favorite part is always “review your business units leaders goals which will cascade down so you can write your own smart goals”
They never post any of the exec goals smart goal form tho lol
@da They're completely unrealistic over in clinical appeals. There's just no way to meet them in 8hrs. They totally sc--w over the exempt staff.
@bq So what do you do when goals are unrealistic?
Fantastic insights but nah. I'm pretty accustomed to slacking. Not looking for a change at this time.
We will see how competent CVS's performance management can be, but I'll bet on racking up those paychecks for the foreseeable future.
Well if your not meeting your goals wtf are you doing? Lol
Pretty basic-do your job
@ap Lolol 250-300k for an EVP?? That isn’t even what the VP is making go look at the annual proxy and you’ll get an idea…
I looked at a friends org chart. There were 7 layers of VP's, EVP's and Sr. VP's. One of the EVP's had only 7 people reporting to him. Make it make sense....i would imagine he's getting at least a 250-300k salary.
So basically not meeting corporate's unreasonable and unrealistic goals gets you the boot? That's pretty cutthroat. I'm guessing Glenview isn't happy with the bottom line.
