Anyone get a 2025 review? Did anyone set up 2026 goals?

I had my review last week and it was very good. Yea! We already started putting in our 2026 goals too.
I usually don't get my yearly goals until well into July. Great fun.
The ratings for 2025 are still being discussed and decided.
Boss told me they are still waiting on approval to give us our reviews. Said next week at earliest.
