Q1 WTS Kickoff

Wow. How is that man the new leader for a tenured sales organization? Technologically challenged right out of the gate and completely unprepared.
Not to mention he made it point to insult those who chose a different path besides college to gain their education. Did he stop for a minute to consider a major of those who don’t have a traditional education most likely served in the military? I can’t see this going well for him.

the general purpose of heightening job posting requirements is to intentionally come up empty in local applicants. then the company can cry to daddy government for H1B visa handouts or offshore work because "no one wants to work anymore"

Ha! 4-year degrees. There are hospitals that are in direr straights needing nurses and finding quality nurses with just an AAS RN Degree. The problem is that the mindset at CUSA and formally CSA is called " Fixed-Mindset Leadership (lack of leadership.) MSU's Biz Dev is a great example, the common change-resistant management, poor organization, legacy-driven and low learning abilities. If JM would look at the bigger picture and see that lead gen needs to be moved back to the former leader both LFS and WTS would see an increase of lead gen, pipeline and close sales. But until CUSA sees the proof that JM's decision is not corrected, WTS and LFS will never see the success of having a leader that is an authoritarian manager (has no leadership skills,) ego-driven, toxic insecure, micro-bullying and always dropping a name stating I am going to tell...instead of being a leader well trust will never be there.

I love the idea that he is mandating that we only hire people with four year college degrees.

When is this company going to get younger? Our leaders are in their 60’s and thinking more about retirement versus the 5 year plan.
