Each of our store category managers need to hit their bonuses at the end of the quarter so they load in product. They receive big bonuses, and get bitched at.
It’s not only nonsense and d-mb, product loading is illegal for a publicly traded company. Ask Martha Stewart how that works. It’s misleading for shareholders. Mondelez goes beyond that! One day I hope someone at a DC has the gumption to do the right thing! $1 million award for doing the right thing! No statute of limitations on what ya know.
Why even try! Let cao deliveries come in, have a merch not work the load completely, have 3 pallets of product and no displays. Yet orders still need to be added to? They wonder why so many deliveries get refused Losing
CAO is how 99% of wal mart orders for the stores, that are not dsd. It’s a step towards dad being eliminated. Order for the shelf and let the team leads add for scripted displays down the road.
Cao was a scam to force in amounts of product not needed to run efficiently. It was never about productivity. At this point it’s the only thing keeping them in business.
Yea our company definitely adds a bunch of nonsense to the orders at the end of quarters
It’s not all Walmart, quarter close was coming and our people added all that nonsense. Not saying the cao is great but the last couple weeks was Mondelez adding to the orders
