The Working better, together Amplify article has been out for three weeks and has 6 total likes. I wonder if anyone making these decisions takes note of how wildly unpopular the new policies are. Does anyone know who really pushed for this policy? Anybody part of those meetings?

@a3 not true. Believe it or not, a HUGE chunk of the comms team were the first to be ISP’d. Imagine being forced to write about your demise before it happened to you?
@gh They are now going the route of not even posting the horrible scores or making the survey not anon so your name is all over your feedback...gee, wonder why? This is the kind of BS they no in north korea on election day, then pat themselves on the back for the great scores. These are the people sailing the ship right now.
@ga very true. kJ’s group had the worst ces score year after year. Her underling responsible for the horrible engagement score still is here in the same role. He is just a terrible leader and even worse person.

As someone that used to work on "Action Plans" related to the CES surveys, I can assure you that any response to employee feedback is all lip service and very few GPs care what you think.
@OP If anyone has been paying attention for more than 5 min, you will notice that we are following whatever pattern the wall street guys and other corporate clowns are doing. The bigger corps are doing the same thing with RTO and are on the record as saying it isnt about culture or collaboration, it is simply a way to get you to quit. They began the 3 day RTO all at the same time, and we followed suit. Now they are going 4-5 days RTO, we are following suit. They layoff 1000s and blame AI, we are going to do the same. We have ELT that consists of some of the d-mbest yes men known around town coupled with some of the most sinister malicious creatures known in the industry from the east coast. All brought in by PP because the lady can't make a decision to save her life. She was only picked to be partner because at the hight of "me too", EDJ once again was following the pattern of everyone else. We used to never care what the others were doing and that is what made our brand stand out. Now we are just circus tent following the lead of everyone else while the company slowly dies. The GPs applaud all this too because they still need their little piece of the cake before it is too late.
@a3 comms team… we can replace half of them with AI and get some cost savings.
@a1 100% agreed. Also, the only people liking it are probably part of the Comms team who had to work on the article.
