Most of the claims area has been outsourced now . What do u expect?
Yeah, it must be the body shop that's to blame.
If the claims organization was in chaos with overworked adjusters incapable of keeping up with their workloads I imagine we would have heard something about it here
Have dealt with this body shop in the past. All carriers can not stand this shop. Glad they don't take Allstate any longer. One less argument I have every day.
