With the target being so high did anyone make a decent check?

Verizon is a sinking ship. Commission is outdated and not cool to make people hit high quotas and get paid the same

How do you not hit target in December?

High quota? Inside sale had a $16k quota
Most of our reps hit a 1.1. Our management team did 125% sales dollars with a 1.1 multiplier. Missed 1.2 by right around 20 phones.
Store had 130% dollars and 1.2 multiplier
