For a Band 4- what are the benefits of going from VP to SVP? More $, more PTO??

It's just a title. An empty silly title. No benefits whatsoever.
What you want to focus on is an actual REAL promotion.
Meaning:
- You are promoted from your current Job Role to the next Job Role in your area/division
- Increase your Band level.
(the silly officer titles span Bands, so you can get the title but tread water.
Sometimes a jump in #1, includes #2, which would be a Real Promotion.
But not always, as the ladder of roles in each division are clustered within the Bands.
More work.
Nothing. You don't get a pay raise for title promotions.
PTO comes with band levels and years of service. Once your a band3 it's unlimited PTO
