I was told that any movement is targeted to be finalized by end of Q1. Does anyone have dates or any other info?

"Finalized" may not be the right term, but there is a push to have confirmed dates and headcount severance cost and payroll savings "effective" by March for the quarterly shareholder report. Layoffs in some departments/divisions have already been planned; others are waiting for the response from the VRP emails sent in January.
