Let's hope the next one brings some positive changes, even if it means finding a new job somewhere else. Actually, now that I think about it, that's the only thing that will bring positive changes. So good luck in finding something new, everybody!

My friend said that he consulted a renowned Doctor at the end of the year, Stephen Strange, MD. Dr Strange said that in 14,000,065 different scenarios, not one showed any improvement for employees.
It's funny to watch HR eat itself alive. Fatcedo, a few tenured HRBPSs, other t00ls quit from plasti-face. LinkedIn is all you need to watch..."It's was fun, but I'm continuing my journey elsewhere"...dummies are leaving their own making and rules. Imagine what it like for those of us that do the actual work.
For the bank it’s only going to get worse, worst kept secret is the re-org that is going to happen/be announced later this month, and from what I’ve heard through “happy hour” conversations last month, directors and above will need to reapply for their jobs and possibly leads as well.
That’s one way to get rid of leaders who are remote.
It's only getting worse - USAA as of now is all about bottom-line and are taking advantage of the economy to reduce as many as possible. Several one-off layoffs occurred before the holidays, absolutely shameful.
Unless the BOD changes and actual military leaders are executives, it's not going to happen at least for this decade. Really easy to ruin things, hard to re-build

Here's to another year of po-p flinging, name calling, and general negativity on this board! Cheers!
@d8 and I hope I win a billion dollars. As long as we are hoping for things that have a .0000001% chance of happening
I hope this year picks up along with the economy in general
Love this company and I want to work here for another 20 years if I can
You think it’s directors and above? I think leads and principals are going to be lumped into this category.
The bank is a total dumpster fire, a massive re-org is going to be announced in a few weeks, directors and above will need to interview for their jobs again, or they’ll be let go all together. For all bank employees, if you haven’t already started applying out of bank, you’re already behind the 8 ball.
Just ran into Stew Parker at Fair Oaks Ranch CVS and he looked unwell. Don’t let layoff deteriorate your health, dude!
