No. b/c OP does not have nay clue what they are even talkin' about.
AVP = B4????
su-kah!!!!
fake news.
I know someone who is a B4 VP
titles officer, avp, svp mean nothing.
OP sounds bogus to me, but I suppose if they are yappy, then manager can slap whatever band role and/or officer title on them to shut them up.
doesn't mean they are paid more.
sounds off.
A B4 being an AVP does NOT sound right. That has got to be a typo. I have never scene or heard of a B4 as an AVP. They are usually a SVP or Director.
@dq "B4 - AVP ?"
Who knows in this place? There are B6 AVPs - which makes no sense - so rules are out the window. But, as described in so many threads here, this is the place is where meritocracy dies and favoritism/cronyism rules. So some managers have given the AVP titles to their favorite pets while leaving them at B6 so they can collect 15-20 (or even more) hours of OT each pay period. Which in many cases, effectively makes their comp blow past all B5s and even some B4s in their department.
B4 - AVP ?
Usually a B4 is Director or SVP.
Also an AVP but B5 within GRM. I’m going to need to know how you’re a B4 AVP…why are you not at least a director or managing director?
@OP no sir that is not how things will work at this sh-t bank. only cronies/bootlickers/brownnosers/sychophants/toadies/yes-men/lickspittles/fawners/flatterers/a-s kissers/su-k-ups/kowtowers/flunkies gets promoted to VP's
Wha?
