Or is it prorated?

Yes it’s prorated- but all the cash comes out of your new team’s budget if you are officially on that new team by bonus payout time, so your new manager has an incentive to give you less than you might have been expecting in that prorated amount from your old team. Since your old team just gives you a rank (ie 3) not a number, there is no way to prove any shinangians. It’s best to ask your old manager if you would have stayed would you have gotten 100% of your bonus, then do the math.
I hate to say it but man there are some d-mb questions on this board. I’m pretty sure it’s been asked ad nauseam here. It’s a layoff board. Don’t create a post you can search up or ask the HR recruiter when they do a phone screen on you.
You only lose your bonus if you voluntarily leave the company.
pretty sure it's prorated
