I just can’t cope anymore. Dealing with customers, especially under so much pressure from higher-ups, wears you down after a while. I know the job market is tough, and I have bills and financial obligations like everyone else, but I’m close to my limit. I’d take another job, even a lower-paying one, for the sake of my mental health.

I'm in multi. I haven't had a pay increase in over 3 years. The quarterly bonus is literally peanuts. Plus they keep us in this "take on any and everything" role. We are front line, multi contact, escalations for all of Wayfair yet they treat us like absolute garbage. It's pretty clear upper management either has no clue as to what we do or thinks we can be easily replaced by the id--ts they keep hiring from offshore. If that's the case just give me a severance and lay me off already. I'm burnt out and tired of this neverending bull sh-t rollercoaster!
They cut the bonus in multi to next to nothing, they really want us gone.
