No more hiding and evading RTO. The policy is the policy for one and all. Firstnet or Fiber, 5G or Gwiz, time to move has come and gone as all will be on Friday 1/16. The exceptions and favoritism end in Cohen and Leggs orgs so bye bye teachers pets who join the breadlines like the rest of us. The smug untouchables now lose their favored nation status and will get a reduced severance down to four months. A few have already been given a heads up. Other’s will get notified next week before the official notice comes. Sad but central plains and midwest are not hubs and people have had years to move and they did t. Not fair and now pet status ends.

Not buying it...Will believe it when I see it. Still many virtual and they were not the ones laid off in the last round surprisingly and others told to move and did while some are still virtual and not even the highest performers.

You chose that role. That’s what you say to managers. You dished it up - take a bite of your own words. You know what you can do that no one else can? Say that just about anything isn’t your job. Lulu in Accounting has to climb a ladder and do your job when you go on strike, with little training for a role she DID NOT choose, or be fired.

Funny my group was just told that we’re changing to a 2-3 RTO in the new year. They frown on Mondays and Fridays, but they can be done. Getting out from under Chad has it’s privileges.

Why do you want to see people let go? Everyone had a family and is importabt to somebody. Let nature take its course and stop trying to stir the pot. Layoffs are done and the remaining Virtuals have the designation be ause they w proven themselves indispensable. Everyone wants to pick on firstnet but those guys are brining in the subs and cash so deal. Find another group to harass starting with your own. Clean up your life so you don’t go looking to make trouble for others.

This is not true. Managers just assign an office in webphone , even if that location is states away, and employees keep doing what they are doing. Whole thing is a sham, they still keep who they want to keep.

People are following RTO policy no matter where they are. So this is not about RTO. It’s about moving to hubs and that could happen whenever before 2030.
