Morale is very low.

I used to love the job when we had managers that met with us and talked to us. Now it seems as though we are all automated robots or puppets on a string. Our management doesn't tell us the truth and we are all wondering what the future holds. I don't mind a sale, but tell us if we will be sold. I know that there are offers for pols but let us know if the companies will want us or if we will be let go.
What gas cards am I missing out on? I want gas cards!

I think they will be hitting us within a month at POLS. They just don't want us to leave and have no one to work with students
What happened with the gas cards?
Wait a minute. The recent announcements about reorgs, layoffs, gas card Indian giving, longtime employees being forced out, outsourcing more of our services to the Philippines (bc that's been such a resounding success) and beyond, nsm electives, the continued culling of the sales team, increased data entry, mind-numbing metrics reporting, and awesome DEI training and sessions don't excite you and pump up your morale? Buck up, little camper!
Low is an understatement! Look for another job as we all know it is coming!
