Even after the disaster that was our All Employee Meeting this guy still keeps only addressing the bottom questions in our Ask Intel tool. Why do we have that thing if they won’t even address one of the top five votes questions? Pat is only interested in heading off to the holidays without worry of the tens of thousands of employees he will lay off over the next three years.

Really? Do you know what any company's legal and HR do normally? For that matter, you should add PR team too. It would be like you speak against your lawyer's advice.
The ELT and Board are so out of touch with the worker, they probably actually believe their own drivel.

Pat needs to avoid a lawsuit, he answers a hard question with a lie, it will be a big problem for him and the company.

maybe it's not totally up to Pat to which questions he responds to? HR and Legal may have some input and steer him away from "difficult" questions.
