The Christmas season is coming to an end. The Valentines Aisle is to be set in full in less than 3 weeks. Who do you think, at store level, is going to be laid off first? High paid SMs, high tier SMs, Hourly or Salary ESMs, IS or ISL, lessen the SFLs, the rest of the BCs, or RXOMs?

This purely written to cause panic at store level by a competitor. Don’t pay attention to BS like this.
I can tell you who SHOULD be laid off first. Senior leaders sitting in corporate who destroyed this once reputed company. Many of them are still with Walgreens even after Sycamore sale. They should go first.
Store level employees should be mostly fine. Most likely cut is BWC. High paid SMs might be a target down the line, but I think the focus will be DM and above in January.
