Jac Nassar also ran around the Company giving his Sea of White faces speech. He told executives they were the best team in the world, only problem was they were a sea of white faces and he was going to change that. Ford had a workforce with generational knowledge of the auto industry and gave it up for DEI. Since then Ford has not had innovative, successful vehicles like the Ford Taurus, Mustang, F150, Explorer, etc. Not only did Nassar put Ford in a risky position financially, he also permanently damaged Ford’s workforce and the community that supported it.
Remember 'lead or leave' video? It was a recording of a meeting with Nassar telling the top leadership to 'lead or leave'. I remember David Murphy coming in and talking to us. One of his messages was if you don't believe in the strategy, please leave. Guess who left: Nassar and Murphy. JF is going down the same rat hole.
