What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Hershey layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

@OP I can't say for sure but within the office, there's a lot of unhappiness as many departments were dropped or offshored. For the people who are still here, there's a lot of overtime work because we've had to pick up pieces without a decent raise. They also cut back on contributions to our healthcare too. If you're thinking about applying here, don't. Because you won't be paid fairly and you will hold the responsibilities of what used to be 2-3 other people working those roles. And the culture is gradually getting more toxic and stressful for less pay and benefits. Do I think there will be another layoff? Maybe. But they're saving a lot of money by encouraging people to leave and they know that.
