Truly amazing he even got to this level. Literally zero tears from anyone except his "mafia." Lets hope his "mafia" are next...

Not sure why a Chief CX officer is needed when by the company’s own actions, they don’t care about customer service. Outsourcing call centers to third world countries who hang up on the customer as soon as the call gets difficult isn’t going to save customers. Sitting onstage with a headset on trying to play the tech CEO act while lying to ppl isn’t fooling anyone. Just do what you’re supposed to do and give ppl the services and care promised and deserved. Is it really THAT hard?
Amazingly incompetent guy who was extremely dangerous because he took advantage of his even more incompetent friend who was his boss. Unreal these people are still in charge. Hundreds of thousands of customers lost...maybe even 1M+...since they took over senior leadership just a few years ago.
He was a complete tool and buffoon. And did nothing but favor his own kind of peeps. Good riddance to that b-m.
