@vh Credit where credit is due… ITC is amazing at delivering tracked metrics.

Not deliverables or value. Tracked metrics. So our non-I leaders will continue to have fantasizes about micromanaging failures into successful employees. And our I leaders will continue to fudge the books because it’s insanely profitable for them personally.

Every executive should be mandated to have an ITC personal assistant. The entire campus would be closed in a month once they were forced to eat their own choices. Our profitability would rise immediately after.

"and we deserve every single dollar over you lazy white workers."

ITC is a lagging cesspit of useless employees and ETWs that think doing something half-assed and at 15% accuracy is some kind of accomplishment.

Honestly, I've yet to work with one person out of ITC that has their head on straight or understands the basics.

Nike would be better off if we cut most of the tech teams outside of NA and just let the long term employees do what they know needs to be done.

I don't think this is possible. You can browse any organization in Workday. I've never seen any organization where 50% of employees are 40 and above. I challenge anyone to find one. If you can't find any, then it's not possible the entire Tech would aggregate to have 50% of employees 40 and above.

If I had to hazard a guess, this is because of some salary rules about grades. Back in the VALUES days I didn't know of anyone in tech who wasn't a U or E band and those mapped into 40+. I'm honestly surprised it's not over 50%

The reason is that for salaries below 40 there won't be any candidates willing to even apply, so the only way to attract talent is to inflate titles and make salaries competitive to the market. Otherwise the other option is to have a different pay structure where even level 30 employees start at 200 TC

Only reason I’d believe this is because 80% of GT is ETW. The company begins at ‘lead’ level everyone else is replaceable cogs.
