The call system routes Everything to sales. Customers cancel, employees quit. Nobody cares. Giant waste of time and money.

@dh For the executive salaries that have control over these things for a now publicly traded company, it simply doesn’t matter. The sole motivation for the company is currently pumping the stock to inflate valuation for a future sale to AT&T. The job of convincing our customer base we (the company) care falls to whoever is mentally strong enough to be in retention.
If you think it’s bad right now — we have new rate increases coming up in January for the entire customer base. I hope we lose badly, that’s the only thing that might alter our course.
They should care is the point. They are wasting so much time and money.
