Has anyone actually looked at an org chart recently? DDAT has more directors, VPs, lead directors, AVPs than they know what to do with.....yet they push the bottom feeders to do 4x the work for a 2016 salary. Its becoming simply gross. Ive also noticed some teams where the entire team is "away" all day long, yet here i am a loyal ethical employee being micromanaged l. Nothing makes semse in this company at all.

Nothing worse than creating solutions and reporting to someone who is jealous of your skillet.
Also let's manage via OneNote. People lost their jobs out of envy and political bs.
@a7 yes our AVP has favorites that he promotes 2-3 levels up. Zero experience in the position he puts them in. It just keeps getting worse.
I've been saying for years that CVS has TOO many layers of management and field leadership. So many useless middle management positions useless vice president positions could very easily be cut out and save CVS a lot of money.
Yep. This is the result of hiring friends and relatives and bad project management. I would assume those people who are at that level with no work are on the chopping block.
