It's called nepotism. I work with a nepo baby on a project in which they are completely and utter fu--ing useless. They only work 2 hrs a day and put themselves in fake meetings for all day, everyday.

You belong to one of 2 groups. Either you were hired because you know FB or one of his cronies, or you applied to be gen pop. That will determine if you are allowed to not output real work without repercussion.

Because manager are told no backfills if someone leaves so they would rather keep the person that is only 25% effective than have 0%. Between this issue and the forced ratings at year end, they need to stop this toxic mess.

Because most management here has zero clue what their folks do and often no power themselves to do anything about it unless they are low level employees.

Isn’t it so… Global Brand leadership over the top behavior for their clique, personal funding on company cards, leveraging the company to only promote themselves, extremely poor management and leadership and they were allowed to continue for way too long!! They s**k and don’t care about the client, their staff and certainly not Fiserv! What will it take?!?!?!

I would like to now as well. I work with a manager that’s been here for 30+ years and I (everyone else) is trying to figure out why she still here. She’s not a good leader

I wonder this everyday. Probably managers favorites. No matter how obnoxious they are, they face no repercussions.
