Been hearing same 20% is steep and it will be hitting operations across all departments, the year end review projected in March will be a huge disappointment to operation staff, then again nothing new. Time to look elsewhere if you have bills to pay because unemployment lines are long and with other company layoffs not feeling this and we are at 108,000 unemployed January 2026 last record was 2019 same amount. Get bonus and get out before bills pile and no job, rather get ahead of layoffs, then be stuck in it.
