also heard the Feb timing as well as approx. 10% (anyone else verify)? That would mean what 8-900 people? A yearly (and sometimes 2x a year occurance).

Lots of IT roles are being eliminated next quarter. These roles will move to offshore eventually and supplemented by AI. They are adding more space at offshore location already in preparation.
