@OP A pure consultant - No field experience, No sales experience, No Ops Experience, No CPG P&L ownership experience. Spent a billion on an inefficient organization. The structural choices are absurd - Strategy and IT are not the same thing and one person should not have a Sector and a Corporate remit. PepsiCo is off the rails.
