The strategy is simple, keep making $500 - $750 million a year profit. Make the employees and other assets sweat to enable the Execs to make millions and enjoy other perks. Employ weak Exec froends who are not capable, Come up with fantasy themes like Cloud Right, Technical Debt, AI, Rebranding, musical chairs to keep employees and investors on board. Rinse and repeat for years.

More of the same Town Halls, tell you all your doing well, ignore your pay questions.
Im focussing on Defense, Ai, and Datacenters, oops was a mistake selling of all the datacenters.
Amigos i the plan is to reports headwinds so you dont get your raises, then suddenly make it good in the next period so we get yours as well.
Works every year, keep delivering, I've been busy, got a bun in the oven with Kav nèed your money.
LOL. In my opinion the entire leadership team has a collective IQ of 75. Have any of the top leaders ever done anything in the professional services world….. that’s a big NO.
I stay because I'm on millions, don't need to deliver any growth and i will still get a big rise with share options.
When i have it so good why should i leave, sit back and take my money if i get 2 years that will be enough for a whole lifetime. Thanks to you guys, we even get your pay rises, what i earn in 6 months you'll never earn in your lifetime.
Folks keep working hard, keep me in a job, appreciate your work, some jokes for you guys, happy holidays, recharge your batteries, spend time with your families, pay reviews will not be in 2026 haha ha....

used to enjoy my job, now I do it for the paycheck.
To bad companies don't appreciate their employees. Only the CEO and his NEO's Sees pay raises and bonuses.
I'm not ready to give up the paycheck but I'm also getting tired of the bull cr-p and not sure what to do.
