@dd not been what I’ve ever seen in the last 5 years out of 15 ranking FLSs. They stopped letting us “marg” them a while back and are immediately ranked. No gimmes anymore.
No - first year you’re automatically placed in the middle (VG).
Yes. That’s why most practical SLSs worth a darn won’t promote anyone before October 15th. Engineering SLSs don’t know better and throw you to the wolves immediately. Welcome to the ranking hunger games.
