I'm noticing contractors are not being renewed. Is this just a year end hiatus ? Or the bank focusing on FTEs?

this happens every year. like clockwork.
Get them off the books for year end reporting, then hire them back.
or some suitable replacement if they found another gig.
we've had the same contractors go thru this every year dating back to at least 2002 in NYC.

Get rid of all of them. Replace them with AI.
