Can anyone confirm what these differences are in the remote vs hub merit pools? Does hub get more, or does remote just get less?

Basically it sounds like remote employees' cap for earnings is lower than someone who is on-site. Opportunities for remote folks just get less and less.
@OP all we know officially as managers is that remote workers will have a separate pool that is either 0.5% lower or 1% lower than the on-site pool. Whether you get one percentage or the other is based on grade but they have not released that info yet.
unless somebody from HR comes on here and leaks some more info, or maybe a very high level leader, we managers will not know anything else until mid January
