In their fantasy, we’re faceless blobs in orange jumpsuits. Ironically, wearing an actual orange suit in a federal prison would be a financial upgrade for most employees in this company.

DXC has never hiked salaries. It occasionally gives a below inflation adjustment once every 4 or 5 years and considers that enough.
... And please fill in time sshhiiiits in all the 4 systems. AI exponential.
I remember that Salary Hikes were usually after Q1 in some future year. Right after the annual Performance Review.
