Staggered RIFs. I’d thought most were mid to late January, not 12/19. If they really do let people go before the end of the year that is bull 💩.

@h1 same thing happened to a friend 2 years ago...asked what everyone does and what major projects they are working on..2 weeks later they were let go. good luck to you

I work for an Ambetter plan and our manager just asked everyone to message them our top 3 projects we're working on, not a good sign.

@cn I don’t think anything is confirmed yet and probably won’t be until if/when the RIFs start. As far as Kentucky goes, I don’t think they are much of a player in Ambetter/ACA. Now Medicaid is a whole different story. They used to have a sizable WellCare presence there. I would expect more of a mid 2026 - 2027 effect on that LOB. Just my opinion.

Is it confirmed that layoffs will happen anytime from December 19th to end of January next year? Also will state of kentucky be affected. Thank you.
