A reliable worker is hard to find. You find someone willing to put their full effort in, trustworthy, reliable, shows up every day, follows orders.. doesn't matter if they're the groundskeeper , you put them where you need someone you can count on

The amount of unqualified people getting advisor positions in the re-org is laughable, almost criminally so. I’ve given up on Chevron “getting the right people involved” a long time ago. The advisors will continue to pass along information from those who didn’t get the job and claim it as their own work. Nothing new.

There was one in EMC about 10-15 years ago. Never figured out how he went up the OE ladder or who his sponsors were. Some people just are good at something or other.
