The have much better cafes in the offices in Euroville, that's for sure and much better coffee. I can't remember the last time I saw popcorn sitting around..... They also drink more, take more breaks and well, are just not as effective, except for the Germans when it is not Oktober-Beer-Fest month... LOL

“Cisconian” is a cringeworthy, embarrassing, vomit-inducing term. It is synonymous with useless BS, political PPT people emotionally attached to glories past when Cisco mattered and haven’t yet woken up and smelled the coffee. Wake up call: Cisco no longer matters. Cisco doesn’t matter in security. It doesn’t matter in UC. It doesn’t matter in DC. And, very soon, it won’t matter in EN either. Wake the fu-k up people.
I think it’s important that Cisco maintains teams local to their customers, this can be Europe, Asia, South America or the US etc. There is a lot of value understanding the local language and culture.
