It feels like the Voldemort (Mr H) and Grindelwald (Mr. Witty still in the background?) are either very disconnected or have evil agenda to drive this company to the ground. How can any leader (even the unqualified ones) can do so much damage to the company, culture, and its employees life quickly? There are so many smart minds in the organization and I am surprised no positive revolution igniting.

Witty has nothing to do with the company. Getting paid as part of severance per the publicly available SEC filings.
This company is promising investors return to growth when all its major segments are shrinking, and also investing a lot of money into AI solutions with a lot more money to be spent and no progress in sight. This means they need to lay off a LOT of the 400,000 people who work here to show “profit growth.” As there is zero happening in the key lines of business. All I saw this fall was Optum and UHC panicking as cornerstone payers/customers politely terminated our deals with them.
