Things to remember

  • Do not train your replacements regardless of what your manager asks.
  • Do not keep your project files on shared drives.
  • Do not discuss the equipment you have staged.
This may sound like sour grapes, but remember who took away all severance. So they get what is deserved

@r3 We’ve known for a long time. I stayed where I was only because the job market is kaput. Now I don’t have a choice.

I’m not op but I’ll answer you guys both, LCC is local connection consultant — Zo originally designed it to be like a super stripped down version of the retail employees, 1 or 2 to a location to work with techs and continue selling on phones. They massively over hired last year (some locations have 5 agents, none making goal) and produced no results, turnover got insane, tenured agents and managers jumped ship, IT commission fraud scandal, and in general we’ve just been swirling the bowl since.

I’m currently a part of this department and agree it should be shuttered and all the managers fired responsible for its downfall. Just turn us into a fake, fully digital company since that’s all we are for most customers anyway.
