Why should India staff get anything for Diwali, in the US and UK we didnt get anything for Christmas

100% had some above P2. They were the exception but it did happen. I do agree overall DXC has a war on talent and senior resources, and some of the promoted may get the boot next quarter.
Lol it doesn’t matter if you’re experienced or a greenhorn when DXC isn’t delivering anything but a huge tu-d. There’s no money left people! Certainly not for you. Get out! It’s the only way.

Did you sign off on anyone above a certain level? The promotions were only restricted up to P2 level... no one above that got any promotions or raises..in other words, senior , experienced people got the wrong end of the stick again ... the message to them is clear, they need to leave as they cost more and be replaced with greenhorns who cost less... what those lot will deliver, if anything, is a different question.
most worth salt got promotion or raise - confirmed as I signed off on those impacting me
There won't be another Diwali for about 10 months. No telling if DXC would exist at that point !!
