Obviously criminal acts 🎬. Not a concern.
Ya Shoulda Bought The Stock!
That was back during Trump's first term when there was widespread hiring of bimbos to fill fake DEI administrative positions
@j4 From what i heard (at the time after he got "let go") was that the entire company hated BK for ACT 2016. I mean everyone, C-Suite, ELT, VP's, Fellows, Senior PE's, etc...... Basically the entire company was pi---d off. So the board told him that "He had to Go" and used the previous affair as the "main" reason for his firing.
Intel would never admit that they fired a CEO due to insider trade info Nor the fact that the entire company didnt want to work with him. Remember that during that time the whole "MeToo" thing was going on, so a lot of companies (beside Intel) used those "Previous Relationships" as a "Get out of free jail" card to jettison bad CEO picks.
Lipton like tong garden for his dynasty legacy !
@j4 BK's relationship was well known, It was just an justification to dump him.
As for ethics and LBT, remember - rules are only for little people. EVP's have their own set of rules... And severance package.
What a stupid move in buying SambaNova. Get Intel running first, quite wasting money.
Tan talking to Tan about Tan buying from Tan with Chip Act money.
@f8 about BK..
I always wondered if this stock sell was the "real reason" BK was jettisoned,
and the subordinate inappropriate relationship thing was just a convenient way to mask and hide this..
Intel shouldn't waste money acquiring the startup SambaNova. The main reason is that SambaNova's AI chip solutions are no better than Intel's current AI designs, and SambaNova is currently on the verge of bankruptcy if it can't find a buyer.
Any remember BK? How he used insider information to dump a sh-t ton of stock before spectre/meltdown vulnerabilities were announced to the public?
Fun times.
@d8 ugh don't get me started on Randhir. We kicked him out for a reason
I don't believe OP knows how to multitask.
LBT is acting like private equity firms for his own gain! Firing the employees, partnering with crooked executives Randhir who had zero achievements, transferring Intel technology abroad! He is riding on PGs success and pretending he has done all the heavy lifting !
Once again Intel BOD hires a CEO more focused on lining his pockets then making the company profitable again.
LBT is using CEO position to redirect taxpayers money from CHIPS act into his pocket by acquiring his startups
What is Intel going to do if he violated the code of conduct? What are the penalties for an executive or an employee code of conduct violation ?
The 2 prevailing viewpoints .. 1) Intel is no longer viable. 2) the CEO of this no longer viable company is some sort of danger for some undisclosed reason.
Dozens of Intel employees have escalated concerns, and four employees leaving the company due to what they viewed as Tan’s conflict of interest.
