Just curious why do they have leadership/people in Zug?

Tax dodge.
Have your income producing customers in first world countries, avoid the tax that would otherwise be paid by routing it through Switzerland, and have most of your employees in cheap third world countries.
Tax avoidance. They are a crafty employer as well as cr-ppy employer.
Taxes. Supposedly TR is a Swiss company (contracts and paperwork is set up this way). But to qualify as a “Swiss” company based in Zug (area with lowest taxes by the way) you need to show you really operate there and having senior leadership based out of there is that proof. But just top people is not enough so that’s why they also have some additional employees like data scientists there.
