I’m hearing some people got moved from exempt to non-exempt (ie hourly pay instead of salary) Is this true? I can’t imagine people being happy about it?

@ge it’s not salary range, it’s bonus compensation range duh. Ie: cash and stock
the company can always get rid of unlimited time off for exempt employees. the benefit of accrued PTO is the company has to pay it out when you leave the company
@c6 the person I spoke with said their salary didn’t change.. duh!
Non exempt employees aren’t eligible for as much compensation as exempt. Duh!
non-exempt employee get paid overtime
@a9 how does that reduce bonus compensation? I assume you get a set # of days which is obviously less than unlimited but how does it affect bonuses?
People must be upset
Yes it’s 100% true. Time cards and accruing vacation days now.
That’ll also reduce bonus compensation.
