Do you remember taking the Hogan and Raven assessments in 2020? We were told that it was going to be required for all new hires that are bonus eligible. However, it is no longer required. What has Allstate done with the results for those who took the assessments? Does the new management, who did not take the assessments, have access to the results? And what are they doing with it?

Also, it’s still required for bonus level positions. Stop spreading misinformation.
