@cr what do you mean not working through lunch? I don’t have time or money to go out and sit down for a meal. I grab a sandwich and eat it on a call
Those that are only in the office for 8 hours, including lunch and have no productivity outside of that (logged in at home, answering emails and messages on their phone), will have lower productivity numbers.
No. I’m not required to be in the office 8 hours. It’s not an actual corporate policy. It is determined by the department head.
They won’t do 5 days unless they provide reserved cubes. They don’t have capacity in most spaces.
8 is great, especially you know where
Just wait til they start expecting you to be there nine hours every day, since nobody is working through a lunch, which means youre only actually working 7hrs a day currently. Welcome to the reality of the other 98% of the workforce. Time for some more gnashing pf teeth!
My toddler has more autonomy
Yep. Easy peasy. Actually a bit over most days. I won’t give them a reason to cut my bonus when they are doing performance numbers right now. It’s like driving with a broken taillight. Freebie ticket for a cop.
Was I physically present? Sure. Was I productive? 😅
Stop being nosy and stop posting about eight hours in the office
Kindly work 9-5 M-F as prescribed. Covid is over. If you are not customer facing, never mind. All is moving over the oceañs. Simply as this. T1 connections complete in Manila and Prague
