@ys Congratulations on getting literally everything wrong! Please stop by Shade to collect your prize!
@rb that person is from Canada. Imperial stock is worth less. I can confirm that cl26 - O gets 320.
400 @CL 29 is definitely the A curve. Huge difference from the C curve.
Also, anyone getting over 1000 RSUs with G at CL 30 is just getting help from the smoothing they do when you drop. Typically people with G at CL 30 would get more just staying at 29 with a higher assessment.
There are plenty of fakers posting here.
I have seen in other thread cl26 O claiming 320RSUs. Obviously fake
This is copied from another post:
CL30
G rating
0% Raise
1200 RSUs
$45K cash
Not sure if CL30, G is 700 or 1200 RSUs. Anybody can clarify?
CL30 G 700
@ey appreciate the full picture for CL30
CL30 E 2800
24, O, 60
@ch 25 O 100
What about below CL26, O?
Let's just say 90% of people retire at Cl27.
@OP confirmed 29, O, 400
Got this few years running
I’m curious to know what are the ages that people are when they hit those CLs and how their rank holds up with age?
Do the majority see their rank taper off, plateau, and nose dive?
adding to @OP's list:
CL26, OwD, 170
CL27, OwD, 210
