You forgot head Linked In virtue signaler - using all the buzz words and hash tags - talking about how HUMBLED they are to be working with an INCREDIBLE group of people, blah blah blah -- gratitude, authentic, energized
The new titles are: Senior Badge Swiper, Cafeteria Laptop Poser and Senior Director Do Nothing.
It does matter if along with title change there is shuffle of people groups and managers
Who cares what you are called. You got a job, with a good company, good salary, good benefits, good coworkers. Nothing else matters.
