This company has lost there way it’s a good ole boys club they spend thousands on meetings that have no relevance just a big ole party and in same breath bi--h about a couple thousand dollars needed to keep operations going they do not upgrade there equipment are bring anything innovative into the industry they have lost hundreds if not thousands of years experience in the last few years due to cuts but keep top loading the boys club it won’t be long before they are irrelevant mark these words

Same at greengate. The management have not got a clue what goes on .on the shop floor people not clocking out going home on a Sunday on double time . Not wearing ppe people having 2 or 3 dinners .we need a change off management .other wise we are all doomeded.
Never seen a more wasteful company, NOV needs to enforce corporate policies and stop allowing bad facility management tell them what to do. No oversight at facility level is enforced allowing bad managers to but people out of work. @ more than one facility.
Exactly. Been going on for years now. Running on their past accomplishments. They keep chasing the nickels and forget about the thousands of dollars they waste on useless efforts. No common sense whatsoever.
