I’m over the whole “we’re one big family” nonsense Capone tr--s out every chance it gets. The minute trimming heads boosts numbers, whole groups vanish like they never mattered. The slogan is just a guilt trip to keep us quiet while they cash in. There’s nothing family-like about any of it.

- Creating False Intimacy
Cult leaders often pretend to care deeply about each follower(aka customer):
Warm smiles
Teary “concern”
Emotional speeches
This gives people the sense of being uniquely valued, even if the leader feels nothing.
It's the worst culture ever driven by the vultures from a country that shouldn't be allowed to work in our financial markets.
It is a cult. As long as you keep drinking the kool-aid! Never trust them. They will turn on you, they will turn on each other. Everybody for themselves in order to survive.
