AI can detect fraud in real time rather than having to wait for humans to discover it weeks, months, years down the road. The best AI is the ones that work quietly in the background. Copilot summarizing meetings is a cool magic trick but the real benefits are much more nerdy and invisible to us in the day to day.

the lawyers realized early in 2023 that they were target #1 and immediately blocked deployment. they have refused to budge since then. IT knows it is inevitable so they have jockied to be the sole provider setting up deep bureaucracy that cannot possibly keep pace .. 11 signatures to get "permission". months to disapprove all daily use. meanwhile they churn out toys that save pennies rather than go for real savings. support teams like purchasing, configuration mgt, even project mgt are just in denial..
meanwhile early adopters use LLMs under the desk on their cell phones 50 times a day. nobody writes code without it.. and i am not talking gpt.honeywell.com.
